House Additions, Maggie's Farm Road, Clare

Contemporary additions onto a small half finished owner built, weekender, on a site without power or water but with a tranquil bush setting.

The new main skillion roof addition provided additional living and sleeping accommodation. This area is separated from the original cottage by a flat roofed living area incorporating wet areas.

• Coursed rubble masonry walls using local sandstone
• Wintec aluminium windows and doors
• Limed bamboo flooring
• Exposed aggregate concrete paving with some feature sections of Mintaro slate
